Hi, I’m Dawn!
In 1998, after a successful career in outside sales, I pursued my passion for real estate and became a licensed Realtor. Through hard work and a commitment to my clients, I have earned a reputation as one of the area's most respected and successful Realtors. In 2003, I obtained my broker's license and opened West View Properties, LLC. Westview has become one of the area's premier agencies, earning several top awards. My experience includes a specialization in new construction. I am a member of the Mid-State Association of Realtors and The National Association of Realtors. I hold a GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), an advanced real estate certification. I was honored with the Realtor of the Year award in 2016.

In 1994, at just 16 years old, I got my start in the Real Estate Industry working at my dad's mortgage company, Family Financial Services, in Monroe, Connecticut. By 2003 I was a top-producing sales manager and mortgage originator with GE Consumer Finance. In 2015 after a long career in mortgage origination, I felt the process had become bogged down with regulation and paperwork. My love for a more personal relationship with my clients led me to obtain my real estate license. In 2018 I obtained my broker's license. I have been quoted as an industry expert in many publications, including the Wall St. Journal, The New York Times, Zillow.com, Better Home and Gardens Magazine, and Yahoo! Finance.
